BOTs Spamming Rewards

My alliance finished 26th in SA last week. There were several teams that finished above us, but most concerning were about half the teams that were tagged like: [Removed as per forum rules]
They're clearly all BOT teams spamming rewards from daily and weekly goals preventing the hardworking gamers from getting the rewards they should have earned. All the account names and ratings are similar.
Are the BOT accounts being filtered out so rank rewards are calculated correctly? I haven't tracked the individual accounts to see if they're effecting things like arena rankings, but there's at least 240 new accounts that are all around 60k in rating and all in the same alliances listed above.
