Canadian prices

I am Canadian, ontario to be more precise.
In Canada we pay $139.99 for odin's vault. Americans pay $99.99.
If you do the conversion $99.99 from USD to CAD it becomes $125.64.
Now we have to pay tax. This is new. We didn't pay tax before. So odin's vault becomes $158.19
So Canadians are paying $58.20 more then Americans. Possibly a touch less I don't know if Americans are paying tax on bundles.
Now. We have seen that the Google play and Apple Istore does not set the prices. Many screen shots have been shared that the company sets the prices. Kabam has lowered the prices for anyone using euros.
Is this going to happen for Canadians. Because as of now I think Canada pays more then anyone else for bundles and units. Kabam is a Canadian company. Yet they make us pay for more then anyone else.

Prof Hoff vid here in the link says it's the developer who makes the prices.
Not ITunes. Multiple conversations are noted in this vid.
