I can't buy things anymore

in Bugs and Known Issues
so in game I can no longer buy things? no its not negitive units, and my card is not on hold. I'm allowed to click to buy the items or package but when I have to click "1 tap buy" or scan my fingerprint it just doesn't work ? can someone please explain what is going on .. I'd love to be able to just buy my stuff and the game work, to much to ask ?

    tried that but that ask a million and 1 questions I've bought thousands of offers I can't remeber the first 2 and stuff like that ..I swear they set it up so they don't have to deal with us
