Reset of chapters in Story mode

I have completed all of the first 4 acts of Book 1 and couple of days ago all the progress got reset. The progression shows 0%, but all chapters are available to play. I tried to clear them again and I didn't get any of the clearance rewards (as those were collected the first time i completed them). In black iso store I can not purchase any of the items that require me to complete any of the first chapters. Currently I'm in act 5 and thankfully it doesn't seem to be affected.
I hope this issue gets resolved soon
