Hawekeye awakened ability is broken

currently as I add signature stones to my six star Hawkeye his awakened ability gets weaker. this is clearly broken and needs to be fixed. furthermore any play such as myself should have their signature tones returned as it is not working as intended

There is currently an issue affecting Hawkeye's Signature Ability that is causing the Physical Resistance reduction it provides to scale incorrectly as the ability increases in level. The team is working on a fix for this issue and is aiming to have it implemented as soon as possible.

But if its not a message in game then it won't stop people from investing resources into a broken champion which more than likely won't have their resources refunded
