Gifted health boosts not appearing

I had two people gift me 20% health boosts - they are not appearing in my stash after I claimed them. There is a technical issue. I had 12 sent to me and not one was added to my account

    Same happened to me. I think this is a bug. I tested and figured out that all the boost I receive get applied immediately instead of going to inventory. I suggest file a ticket.
