Is Kabam support on vacation?

I submitted a ticket about a hacked account on December 18th. After several days and multiple emails to prove that I owned the account, a resolution appeared to be imminent. Then nothing. Supports last email to me was on Dec 23rd - 6 days ago. I figured because of Christmas that people had the day off and they'd get back to me afterward. But nothing.

I've sent a few more emails and haven't gotten a reply. So what gives?

    Hey there, it can sometimes take time for the Support Team to fully investigate a report and resolve it, though they still try to take care of things as quickly as they can. For account security questions like this, you'll need to continue working with Support, as we don't have the same types of tools here on the forums. You can reply to the email from them if you have further questions, as this would be the best way to communicate with them about this.
