Missing Cavalier Daily Crystal Offers - 2022

For the past three days, I’ve not received the Cavalier Daily Crystal offer - only the Grandmaster’s Daily is offered, and buying that doesn’t result in the Cavalier offer appearing. I recently downloaded IOS software version 15.3 - don’t know if that’s the cause of my problems or not. I’m running on a 4th gen iPad Pro (12.9 inch).

Any assistance/guidance/help would be greatly appreciated - thank you.

    Are you cav yet? Are you level 40 or higher?

    Yes - I was fine receiving the daily Cav crystal offer until three days ago. It’s just weird and frankly a tad upsetting, given how often I take advantage of the offers…

    Hey there, sorry to hear about this. Given, what you've described, I would first try to go through our troubleshooting steps for iOS . If that doesn’t solve the problem, I would get in contact with our Support Team. They can be reached from the game’s home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled “Support”.

    I have that issue too. I don’t even have grand master offering today
