Can't make purchases in Unit store

I just switched devices and I never had issues buying packs from the store, but now after the switch I'm getting these error messages..
This shows anytime I enter the unit store..

This second one comes if still go ahead and try to buy any pack..

I clearly have a Google account logged in..

    If this issue is present in other apps, I recommend reaching out to Google's support team for assistance. However, if it's only occurring in this game and you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve it.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
