Missing hexbadges from resort pass????

I bought the resort pass and maxxed it out quickly to get some upgrade materials but i never got my 4 and 5 tier badges to buy stuff from the shop???

    Hey there, our Support Team should be able to lend a hand here. You can reach them from the game’s home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and scrolling down to the button labeled “Support”. You can also reach them here.
