My brother's account was hacked. We filed a support request, but we've been waiting for 3 days and no answer. Please help us to resolve the issue.

    Unfortunately we are unable to help with account specific issues here on the forums.
    In regards to response time from the support team, some issues may take more time to investigate than others, but the team will work to resolve it as soon as possible.
    Please keep in mind that creating new tickets won't help to resolve the issue any faster, and if you do have new information related to the original report, replying to the original email is the fastest way to ensure the team has that information for the investigation.
