Accidental use of Item

I accidentally used a 6 * awakening gem and If possible I would like it to be reverted.
I have already send a request to kabam support
but it has been 3 days and I have not received a response hence I am here writing this to bring some attention to my issues.

    Hey @Strawmarker, we're unable to help with any in-game issues here in the Forums. We don't have access to our Support Team's ticket system and we're unable to make our Support agents respond any faster.

    Our Support Team's response time depends on several factors, including how busy they are and how complex your issue is.

    I understand it can be frustrating when you have to wait longer than you would like for a response but rest assured, they are responding to all tickets as quickly as possible. I recommend being patient in the meantime.
