Marvel insider rewards from last month... missing?

Usually they would be in our game account by now. Unfortunately when I log onto my profile on insider, because it was "so long ago", I can't find the information about the item (I got the lessor package for the 2 star rare champions... good for rank up events and the occasional 2 star arena)
I "autofilled" my ID same as past several months... so I know I didn't type in my name wrong.
I was curious if others got their set and or had the information available about what the date was (maybe by the event starting later than usual, my expectations are off too)?
