Hey @rkm400. For an issue like this, I'd suggest that your alliance mate submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can have their account data reviewed. They can submit a ticket in game by tapping the Gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
Thanks kabam Wolf. We didn't see a direct way to open s ticket. The support link directed us to the forum where were sent through a bunch of FAQ trying to get us to the right place (bus and known issues) until it said to post to the forum before raising a ticket. Is there a more direct route? Thanks
