GR special 2

Hi, need help with GR special 2 , it only works first time and second time it won’t drain power. Description says judgement of anger1v6enr8n8gz6.jpeg
has 80% chance but does it apply to his power drain too.

    You have to reset it so after you do sp2 you have to do sp3 to do sp2 again it works the same for sp1 and other judgements.

    Ghost Rider's abilities are tied to his ability to place Judgements on his opponent. Every time he places a judgement, he applies the effect for that Judgement. So, in the case of his Special 2, he can place the Judgement of Anger, which applies a Power Drain on his opponent. He cannot place that Judgement (and therefor the Power Drain from it) until he resets all of his Judgements.

    You can reset Judgements by using his Special 3 (scroll down a bit from where you took this screenshot to see that). Another important thing to remember is that for each Judgement he has already placed, the longer the duration/effect of the next one. So, if you really want to get the most out of a specific ability, you'll want to put some other Judgements on them first!

    Man, I thought this post was going to be about the L2 adding power before draining it. It shouldn't add power if the judgement is applied. Stale.

    I dont mind having to reset the judgments, whats annoying is his judgments doesnt have 100% chance, it gets annoying when u try to drain power 3 times in a row and the judgment fails! I ate lots of E3 cause of this
