Phoenix Regen Not Working Properly

Phoenix regen is not working properly.

When her signature kicks in, She regen only 1% health (even though i have like 4 Phoenix charges). This has happened many times and the latest one occured in a the monthly quest against Kamala Khan (there are no debuff nodes)

Mod please help to raise this to the team to check please.

    Hey @Elurea, would you be able to tell me what Chapter and Mission of the monthly quest you were in when this happened, as well as what difficulty you were playing in at the time this occurred? If you have any video or screenshots of this happening, feel free to send those in as well.
