8 Weeks to take action on player whose name means "Return to Ban"

I reported a player 8 weeks ago for cheating in war. He was a level 27 player who had the Bautista Bomb title with no champ over 1700 PI.

His in-game name literally means "Return to Ban".

Since then I've sent follow up support tickets to inform the game he is still active and absolutely NOTHING has been done.

How is this possible? How does it take 8 Weeks to shut down an account that is asking to be "Returned to Ban"?

Oh & he's still with the same alliance & they were on a massive winning streak... We can't be the only ones to have reported him...

How? Why? How & why does it take so long?

If anyone else has faced them, speak up. There are other cheaters in the game. Speak up so the admin teams address this huge problem.

It's not just the cheater, it's the whole alliance who know they are cheating & accepting it & reaping the benefits of more than 8 weeks of war benefits....

So are you trying to imply that this player isn't an obvious cheater? A lvl 27 player who fully completed the Bautista challenge with no champion over 1700 PI?

Or are you making a random (somewhat irrelevant) comment so more people see this thread? If so thank you...

    oh dear....

To the OP clearly there is no point in reporting anyone as no action will be taken.

    Your post highlights this fact.

They conduct investigations based on reports. It's not something that is done immediately, or lightly. Reporting someone is only the first step. Otherwise anyone reported would be banned. They conduct their own investigations and act based on that.
I should also point out that the Forum is not the place to discuss these things. They don't talk about actions taken either. I'm afraid you will have to just leave it to them to do their job.

Actions are often taken, and we thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, but due to privacy policies, we don't update those that reported cheaters of the actions taken.

If you'd like for me to make sure this is looked into again (if something hasn't already been done), please send me a PM.
