TO KABAM,
I Darkrai0703 wish to inform you about that
I didn't receive my 200 units of beginner's
calendar rewards.I too logged in daily inorder to receive my rewards.But I didn't got that units and calendar showed only the monthly calendar and special calendar rewards in the month of january.

You can contact them directly from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".

    Don't bother with your support ticket. I have already talked to them TWICE about their glitch with the calendar, and both times they didn't do sh!t. They said I didn't login on a day, which after a hard time believing it, I told them they need to make sure their calendars actually TELL YOU the day you missed, rather than check marked, so I'm falsely led to believe I'm getting my rewards. The cheap bast***s wouldn't even give me the t4 basic C

    Then, they closed my ticket on me without my end being resolved. Gotta love Kabam!

    Same happened to me. I opened up a support ticket twice and both times they said they would look into it and never replied after that.
