A little annoying

I recently bought some units and got charged for them and haven't recieved them. And also... I know I'm not going crazy but while I'm in a quest or playing the game all together my screen trys to get strip of static and throws off my game... What's up with that.

    If the purchase was done via iTunes, please restart your application to make sure that the purchase has not arrived. If the issue persists, please contact Apple directly to make sure that the payment has gone through.

    If the purchase was done via Google Play, and it has been more than 6 hours, please sign in to your Google Play account to confirm the status of your purchase as it may have been cancelled by Google. If this is the case, you will need to communicate with Google Play to make sure that your information is correct.

    If the payment went through successfully and you are experiencing further delay in receiving your in-game currency, please contact our Payments Support Team and provide the following information:
    Transaction ID Number
    Which payment service you used
    Date and time of purchase
    If your purchase was made via Google Play, please provide us with your Google Play e-mail address
