Where's my catalyst fragments?

Just bought 18000 tier 4 basic catalyst fragments for 500 loyalty but I haven't received them.......[removed by Moderator]

    Hey Schrodey86, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to locate these Catalyst Fragments in your Inventory. Please perform a force-restart of the app and check for them once more. If you're still unable to find them, I recommend getting in touch with our Support team for further assistance.

    To submit a Support ticket, simply tap on the grey gear icon, located in the in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
