So I purchased two Google Play gift cards and as a bonus was supposed to receive two bonuses. The Google Play purchases tab shows I have bonuses waiting in MCOC. My Rewards tab in my Google Play app shows that I have to claim them in game. I log into the game. Nothing. I submit a ticket with Support and they have no timeline on a resolution. The only reason I purchased the gift cards was due to the offer. I'd like to get what I paid for.
