Recently my alliance leader was banned. We want to remove the profile from alliance. Any help would be appreciated.

    I don't believe there actually is a way to take ownership. Its basically deal with having a dead lead account or restart fresh

    Our support team would be able to help you out with that. The next highest ranking member of the alliance would need to send in a ticket to our support team to explain the situation. If multiple forum members are tied for the next highest rank, then the one among them who has been with the alliance the longest will have to be the one to contact support. They should be able to get things sorted from there.
