Champ leveling doesn't count but takes resources

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was leveling up a champ (fortunately it was r1 2* UC )
after getting him to level 10 it reset back to level 1, though my ISO-8 and gold were gone.
the issue was fixed after a restart, but I havn't got my resources back

    Hey there GalNashi! Your concerns in this instance would be best directed to our Support Team. They will be able to access your account and provide you with information on where this ISO-8 and Gold went to. You can submit a Support ticket by tapping on the grey gear icon, located in the in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
