To throw in a little bit more information here, it depends on your intended use with those Champions. For example, Gwenpool's Bleeds stack, which can have fights over in a fraction of the time compared to other Champions.
Additionally, her Enervate on SP2 prevents the opponent from gaining power when hit, which is incredibly useful too.
(Just be wary that the SP2 DOES give power until the sequence is complete, so opponents pushed to another Special level will still be able to trigger them)
As for Magik, she's considered to be a fantastic Champion for various uses. Her SP1 has Nullify, which is great against Champions with high regenerative abilities, such as Wolverine or Doctor Voodoo's initial healing burst at the start of fights.
Her SP2 will not only drain Power, but also inflicts Power Lock, preventing the opponent from gaining power, and allowing you to get back to another SP2, which continually locks the opponent.
From personal experience, I'd say if you're looking to get fights over with faster so you can move on to the next ones, Gwenpool would be a good call.
If you don't mind waiting a little bit longer to have greater control over fights in general, then it would have to be Magik.
