Marvel insider points redemption

Does anyone ever redeem the points for rewards on marvel insider? I did two of them and never received them and it’s been over two months. No major loss, since it’s just points, but it still sucks to not get them. But now I know not to use that site any more. Plus, they really should give better rewards, like five star shards or four star shards or cats or something good. Three stars or two stars aren’t worth it anymore
