Cristals shift after stopping in a good champion to a lesser star champ

Im Veeerrry Upset Not bad luck at all in cristals

Dear Kabam

Today I noticed a very awfull move on the cristals.
Im very upset because it was obviuos that an X force cristal stopped on a 4 star Storm and then like an art of magic shifted in a 2 star Colossus. The same with a 3 star cristal that clearly stopped in a 3 star Archangel and after stopped shifted on a 3 star Iron Patriot.

It has happened before with a 4 star Hulk.

I love this game and I spend a large amount of money in this. But please dont be soooo cheap and stop doing that. Your fans and loyal customers deserves more than that.

Sadly next time I will close my account.

Please fix that issue for the good of your loyal customers. A good hero makes customers spend more time and money in the game. Dont be so chaap for Christsake.

    It's not an issue, it's a marketing tactic to get you to buy more. The spinner doesn't actually mean anything so you might as well just pop

    That's where you're wrong. The moment you put it into the spinner your pull has been decided. You could even have an ally mate sitting right beside you and telling you what you've gotten BEFORE your crystal stops spinning.

    Hey Ckal, I'm really sorry for any confusion caused by lag in the Crystal Spin animation. The Crystal Spin you see in the game is merely a visual effect and doesn't always reflect the prize you will receive. However, if you wish to avoid any such confusion in future, you can use the “Open Crystal” feature, located on the bottom right of the Screen. This will automatically open up to 10 Crystals that are currently in the Crystal Vault and will not affect the drop rate in any way. The Rewards will be yielded appropriately as if the Crystals had been Spun manually.
