About kabam - Regarding Collusion in Alliance Wars

After to read KaBam position about this subject I must to manifest I totally agree to condemn anything that could harm the game in any way.
However, any attitude that kabam decides to take should be made in a totally safe manner and especially CLEAR WAY.
In deciding to punish players for a rule that was not previously disclosed kabam only proves to be an authoritarian and biased company. At the very least it shows its own disorganization. This kind of thing is as damaging to players as unfair attitudes in the game.
Moreover with this attitude the kabam demonstrates incoherence. I can cite cases where people were disloyal or took advantage of kabam failures and were not punished (and therefore benefited) such as failure at the beginning of the Labyrinth of Legends, where someone completed with extreme ease and they were never punished or had their prizes cleared for it. In the last season of the alliance war many alliances benefited from piloting and although they we're punished in the second season, they had their previous awards maintained. I myself had been punished and never ever knew why although I had asked the company several times for this.
I believe that kabam should combat all sorts of things that could harm the game. But they should to do it clearly, not creating or changing rules in the middle of the events.

Also refer to #31(?) in the ToS, no waiver.
There are many Alliances out there that are playing their best, and their hardest, to get as high on the Leaderboard as they can. Stacking the odds against those Alliances by cheating will not be tolerated, and we will continue to punish those that do this.
