Buffet causing permanent spite in 5.2.3 [Under Investigation]

If a buff is nullified by buffet in 5.2.3, the power gain remains afterwards until another buff that is active ends that isn't nullified by buffet. This is a pretty big bug that causes almost unstoppable power gain.

    Glad to know I'm not alone! It sucks to fight punisher and voodoo with that bug. Costs me about around 3 revives.

    So it looks like we have a fix ready for this! We're going to try and get it out today, or possibly tomorrow morning!
