Alright I have messaged Kabam several times about people in goldpool arena that spent quite a bit of money on getting a golden ticket, 9 hour maintenance and sudden changes in war with new mini boss’s to make war harder. It’s honestky not a problem that the game is progressing I like it but the way they treat the community or anybody that issues them a trouble ticket never get anything in return. I’ve submitted 3 trouble tickets and each time got the same message, so I know a lot of people in the meta are very infuriated with mcoc as a whole so a suggestion to win back players is to issue out 1 5 star, 4 star and 3 star rank down ticket. Kabam forgets to realize during that time they told us no more diversity a bunch of people in the community started ranking up champs that their alliance main defenders already had to create multiple duplicates but then later they said that defender diversity is back. It’s bs, I really thank rank down tickets would be the best way to smooth things over between both parties.
