How do I recover missing Units from my account? [edited by Mod for clarity]

On July 4th I purchased 3 Tony Stark’s Briefcases and only received 1 of them. I have sent in tickets and have received no help so I have come here to the forums thanks to advice from Brian Grant. I do not want to be refunded I just want what I paid for. I will provide images of my purchase history and the ticket numbers if I need to (I’ve already sent pictures of my purchase history though when I submitted the tickets.)

Unfortunately, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forum, and we're therefore unable to review your purchase history to provide detailed information on this. However, our Support Team will be able to fully review purchase history and confirm if an issue has occurred. If indeed, the correct number of Units haven't been credited to your account, they will be more than happy to assist you further.
In the meantime, I recommend performing a force-restart of the app and checking for the Units again. This will essentially force an update between the game data on your device and our servers. If the Units still aren't showing in your account, please uninstall and reinstall the app and check for them once more.
I'm really sorry that you haven't yet heard back from our Support Team yet regarding this, but hopefully, the advice I've offered here allows the missing Units to show up on your account. If not, please be patient and our Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible to address your concerns and provide any relevant information.
