Game play lagging and choppy

Hey guys first time ever posting or saying anything about this game I understand that there probably will never be a perfect game but seriously this has been a non stop issue and now it’s costing me units. when my blocks are dropping and the game is not working properly and I am experiencing lagging , choppy play , and for some reason my game freezes and makes me reload my app and allows me to continue my fight but starts it over? It really sucks and for me playing over 3 years it’s not cool no more. So idk what’s going on but please fix it cause I’m getting tired of paying for units to revive. And no I don’t grind like others for units since I do have so much to do (personal life ) but I’ve enjoyed the game so far for 3 years and now I’m actually debating to let it go. So please fix it or don’t and just keep loosing players.
