Overheating

My iphone 7 has suffered and apple warn it could completely destroy phone if this happens i think you guys owe me and others a new handset as it overheats crashes and now new problem as of today the sound goes completely for a while so not sure if its now having affect on speakers these are all expensive phones especially those with iphone x’s something needs to be done asap as i cant play aq properly which already is stuck on normal tier come on
