**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Issue Under Investigation: Android In-Game Item Purchases Not Providing Items Paid For

Hello, everyone! There is an active discussion thread here but I also wanted to let you know that our team is currently investigating an issue some Android players have reported to us where they have paid for items in game yet not received these items.

We will be working to ensure that we identify the issue, resolve it, and that everyone receives what they have paid for. Thank you for your reports. We will keep you updated as we know more.

    We have a little bit of an update for you all on this. We have started getting reports (internally and externally) that Google has begun refunding these purchases. We will be working with their information to ensure that all of our impacted Summoners are taken care. This does mean that this will take longer than we had expected, and apologize for the additional wait time.

    We will also be holding on re-enabling the offers until after we are able to resolve this problem, so nobody will have to miss out due to timing.

    We have just received some more information on this topic from Google Play. They have advised us that they are in the process of refunding all purchases that were made during the incident period, and will be reaching out to everybody that was affected via e-mail.

    If you made a purchase and were charged, but did not receive your Units or Items, and you have not been contacted by Google Play, please reach out to them directly.

    If you would still like the Units or Items that you attempted to purchase, you can repurchase them at your convenience.

    We will have a date for you all soon on when we can re-enable the limited time offers that were available July 16th for affect Summoners, but want to ensure that you have received your refund before we do.
