They help the hacker change my email in my account

This what they respond to me,first of all someone change my email in my account purchases two units in the unit store and the hacker successfuly changed my email with the help of kabam

Below is my account that is hacked and kabam poor service to provide security,please be aware anyone that is joining your ally

    They said to reset my password but how they already changed my email linking in my account
