I want Compensation.

I was playing the game. I was opening the cenamatic crtstal formed by 2000 shards which comes in special tab ( i don't remember the name ). Then the wrecked message came "Problems connecting to the server. Please check your connection . " And then while the crystsl was spinning, the game disconnected saying to check my connection though I was connected to the internet . When I again opened the game I lost my crystal, my 2000 shard were wasted @Kabam Miike @Kabam Valkyrie @Kabam Lyra @Kabam Valkyrie @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Sophia @Kabam Zibiit Please help

    You probably didn't 'lose' the crystal, instead you just pulled a 2 star. I agree we should get compensation for all the EM's, but usually when it occurs during a crystal spin you still get the champ you were going to get.

    No i checked. I got no 2,3 or 4 star. I also checked alliance general feed, there alsowas no sign that I got something.
