@Spicyslicer your screenshots don't appear to show that you've updated the game yet. You will need to update in order to play the new quests. Please remember that you do need internet access to update your app, so make sure your WiFi is turned on and connected when checking for updates!
On your Apple device, please open up the Apple App Store. From here, tap on the "Updates" image on the bottom far right. It looks like a square with a downward pointing arrow. Then go ahead and see if there's an update available for MARVEL Contest of Champions. You will need to tap on the "UPDATE" button to the right to start the update.
If you don't see the app in the list of available updates, you may see it has been recently updated. If it doesn't show at all, then please next open up your "Settings" app. From here, choose "General" then choose "Storage & iCloud Usage". Under "STORAGE", please choose "Manage Storage", then search for "Champions" and choose this. Please check that the current version installed is, in fact, the newest Version 14.0.0.
Please let us know how this works for you and if you were able to update the app and resolve the issue.
If not, please provide the version of the game currently installed from the directions above, the iOS you're currently running (Settings-General-SoftwareUpdate will show if there's an iOS update available, and if not, will also show the current version), as well as your device model (ie: iPhone 6s, Model MKT22LL/A -- model is available from Settings-General-About).
No update... App Store just indicate the open button not update so still don't have the Spider-Man event. the spider verse crystals are also not there.
