The game is slowness lot, several times until closing alone, if it closes in the middle of a fight in the war or mission you lose the fight and i hero.
Whenever someone complains about this problem kabam responds by saying that the problem is mobile devices.
At last everyone in my alliance had a similar problem, they lost many heroes at war, kabam does not compensate us for it.

We always request device information along with other specific details to allow us to carry out any necessary investigations in an effort to identify if there is an issue, what may be causing it, and what needs to be done to ensure things work in the intended way again.
We frequently test game performance across a wide range of iOS and Android devices, and ultimately, we want the game to run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible. However, we have found in the past that many performance issues are device or network-specific.

The reports we receive in those threads are instrumental in allowing us to carry out our investigations, and the device details we ask for in the bug report template are really useful in allow us to identify specific things which may be causing an aspect of the game to behave in a manner other than was intended.
