Missing 4 Star Crystal Shards

Good day gents, it has come to my attention that in the few couple of days I had 2k 4 star crystal shards, however somehow now I have just 1050 shards of those. Do you know what happened? I am saving crystals this week but I am a bit sad right now.

    I feel disappointed, you know I've spent a fortune or two on this game, but nevermind...

    Hey there @Mikest001, sorry to hear about that. For something like this, our support team would be the best equipped to look into this. You can reach them from within the game by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". You can also reach them directly here
