Alliance punishment for hackers

Our allaince has just been penalised by Kabam for an apparent transgression of their rules regarding hacking
Our allaince is a good one and genuine. We play hard and to the rules to be the best we can be. Now, if one of our members goes rogue and gets caught. I agree kabam should penalise the person and possibly the alliance if its obvious what they were doing. BUT we have no clue who it is or what he has done. How the hell are we supposed to prevent it happening again if kabam wont help us by identifying the person responsible? Im sorry but kabams policy on this is just plain wrong and does not make sense.
If they want to stamp out hackers, tell the leader who it is so the allaince can deal with it. If the alliance ignores it, penalise them again as they deserve it.
We are now in a position where we have lost 300 points, 5 tiers and have no clue who it is or if they will do it again. Sorry kabam but your policy is wrong and unfair and our alliance has suffered because of it and will probably continue to do so as there is nothing but finger pointing now on who cud or may have done it.
