freezing and lagging

im just here to say im tired of spending so much items for lagging, today im lost 2 of my champs to lagging in aq i was in the fighting with sentinel its all freezed than i saw he kicked me with heavy , u can't believe how many times i been kick just like this by emma . before that i had lagging at atart of fight in war and aq and it was not that bad as long as my phone didn't hot but now its happening randomly and surprise me every time i been uninstall and reinstall ,cleard cach thoes things not helping anymore.its about 20 days that new update released , i decided to post here because i dont get any reply from emails. i don't know about coding or programming but can't you just downgrade? this one is really annoying . i believe 20 days is enough for a big company to improvement
