Lagging issues

This is the 4th time I am informing about the lagging issues which I am facing in the game in every mode (arena,quests,opening crystals,Aq,Aw,dungeons) but still I got no response from your side
You told us to give information about the devices we are using ,I even did that but still nothing is resolved

    Hey Abhi007Uchiha, I’m sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue!

    We're always trying to make improvements to how the game performs and we appreciate reports like this one as they allow us to identify specific areas that need looking into.
