Accidently used units. Kabam not replying to mails

I accidently used 1500 units instead of 1500 battlechips while donating in alliance treasury. I sent a ticket to kabam and git a reply that yes, they confirm this transaction and can roll back changes... its been 3 days now, they are not responding.. what should i do now? Please help me..

    There's two steps and a conformation before being able to use units for donations. It's puzzling how someone went through the two steps then confirmed those two steps to "accidentally" use those units, just sayin........

    Unfortunatly, nothing. You made a mistake that should had been easily avoided, and they can't do that kind of things

    Yes they can,they d done it for plenty of people I know who have done the same thing.
