Never received my alliance war seasons rewards

I and a few of my alliance mates who have completed more than 5 wars never received our war seasons rewards.

    5 wars and you didn't leave the alliance during any of those?

    Hey there, in order to be eligible for season rewards, a player needs to stay in their alliance until the rewards are distributed and they have claimed them. Additionally, the player would need to have completed 5 wars since they most recently joined that alliance. If they left the alliance at any point, the counter would be reset and they would need to complete 5 more wars with that alliance. I hope that helps clear things up! If you meet all of these requirements and haven't gotten your rewards, you can contact our support team from within the game by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left of the home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
