Mid combo non registered taps

I have been doing dungeons and quests all day and my combos are interrupted by an outside force or something. I know this is not my fault as I was doing a heavy attack with Morningstar against a stunned enemy and she hit them with her first hit and just stood there, not hitting with her chain for a second hit of the heavy.

    Yeah, combo drops are fairly commonplace. Treat it like a mesmerise node.
