Thing is immune to stagger but he is being staggered by the Juggernaut in X-Machina Uncollected 2.1. Might be an interaction with the heavy-hitter node on Juggernaut. Also no stagger debuff or passive visible on Thing.
Nodes on Juggernaut: 100% Champion Boost, 40% Enhanced Fury, Aggressive, Heavy-Hitter and Counter tactics
