Cannot move in act 5.3.6

Hello. As you can see on the video, I cannot move right. I touch the path and there is sound that I am going to move, but nothing happens. I restarted the game, left the quest completely and entered again and even restarted my phone - nothing happened, I still cannot move in that direction. I want to go there to collect energy refill. I know there used to be a gate that I opened with a key, but it is completed now, so I should be able to move???

Don't know if you need this information, but I play on Android Samsung Galaxy A3, version 6.0.1
