Taskmaster: Good OR Bad? as a 6*

Today after completing the milestones of the gifting event, I opened my first 6* crystal and pulled taskmaster. Should I be happy? And does he has some utility or should i just keep him cause he is a 6*?

    He develops immunity over time.
    Increases his offensive ability accuracy over time and decreases that of his opponent
    His concussions do additional damage everytime u exploit a weakness

    And some other features I can't remember at The moment

    Overall tho, he is an okay champ
    You'll need some practice to use him effectively
    He is an occasionally useful champ

    He ideally needs to be awakened and at a high sig from what I have heard.
