7.1.5 lifecycle bug: Magneto vs G2099

The last opponent on the lifecycle path is g2099. I used magneto and my sp3 only did around 2% which makes no sense. I did 3 sp3's and none of them did more than 5k damage.
Yes I know she has a shield thing but that cap is 10% not 2% and I know how lifecycle works. I checked youtube and everyone demolishes her with magneto so it must be a bug.

* Happened on WIFI
* Game version 30.0.0
* Story quest book 2 chapter 1 quest 5 lifecycle path last opponent (guillotine2099)
* Used rank 5 level 65 Magneto (red) signature level 20
* No boosts or synergies (other team members are quake, doom, havok and human torch)
* description: magneto's special 3 only did 3k-5k damage. I started with special 3, then special 2 and repeated this 3 times. Since g2099 is a metal opponent and I had 40+ prowess buffs, she should have died ar the first special 3. The shield from the lifecycle node was down.
