Bishop Sp3 not doing any damage

I have a 6* R2 bishop and im using him to clear this month's eq (cav) and sometimes when I do his sp3 I don't get any damage at all. Does anyone know why?

Its a bug in the cav eq itself

Any closer to that fix? Getting kinda annoying and we are about a third through EQ.
