King Groot's Malice Issue

As of a week or two ago, he starts off each fight with 1 fury instead of 3. Now written in his kit it states he only gains 1 fury to begin fight. Did kabam silently nerf King Groot or is this a bug on your end? I appreciate any feedback on this issue
